Treat ISO 13485, IP ratings, RoHS/REACH and UL material notes as supplier claims/documents to collect and review — not automatic finished-device compliance (e.g. IEC 60601 / FDA / MDR), not clinical performance, and not a Sephalis guarantee. How should MOQ, tooling and NRE be compared?
