What we may examine
Every assignment follows the buyer requirement and agreed scope. Depending on access and relevance, checks may cover the factory, production conditions, product handling, visible capacity, quality controls, documentation, quotations, samples, and supplier operations.

These notes are anonymized. They publish the decision logic and evidence pattern without exposing private buyer details, confidential quotation values, or supplier identities where permission has not been established.

These signals can help buyers find and prioritize candidates, but they should not be stretched into proof of factory ownership, order capacity, certification scope, or payment identity.

Boundary
Evidence is scoped to the product, supplier, date and buyer requirement.
A supplier that appears in one sourcing project is not automatically approved for another product, market or order. Product claims, certificates and commercial terms can change, so evidence is reused as a starting point—not as a permanent guarantee.
